Love this app, I use it every day, it works perfect. Best feature: tracking the taxi on a map. Useful addition would be the possibility to order (at least a few hours) in advance

I cant pass the "driver feedback" and book an other cab ("cant update driver review "). Please correct bug. Thank you

Title resume everything. You choose a cab and it never comes... Prepare to wait a lot ! Prefer uber, much better !

The main purpose of this app is to order a taxi... But you cant. It asks me for a mandatory driver feedback... which doesnt work and blocks the whole app. Seriously Blue Bird? The old version was ugly but it was simple and efficient. Now its nice but useless. What do you think is the priority for your customers? Do you really think we want to rate a driver when we have to leave and need a ride?

Either the app is not working or the drivers dont know how to use it!? I called two times a blue bird and two times it has been cancelled by the driver, when he was only 400m away. Dont get it, but I will use another transportation (app).

You need to register a local cell phone number (country code 62) before you can use this app, so not really useful for tourists...

I keep getting a "request times out" error every time I try and save an address or make a booking. Both with 3 G and wifi

SMS verification code is not being sent after multiple attempts.

After Post order survey and review find it stagnant and Error CannotS Continued .setelah Order selesai untuk melakukan order selanjutnya terdapat Error di halaman Survey. Overall Great apps, Good Integration In Public Transportation

Why even bother investing time and money in a "new" app when credit card payment through the app is still not available. Uber and Grab taxi both offers secure international credit card payments. Until Blue Bird accepts credit card payment via the app, I will continue to use Uber as my primary means of transportation in Jakarta.

The drivers only actually show up when they feel like it. The maps on this App show destinations in completely random countries. BlueBird is try (but failing miserably) to be like Uber. The last 2 times I used this App for a pick up in Tanah Abang (a place covered with taxis) the drivers never showed up after more than 15-minutes of waiting.

Application cannot start...hang on loading your profile!!!!
